Dawn

Kunle Olatunji (KTJ)

ADP Governorship Candidate for Oyo State

A New Dawn of Excellent Leadership and Governance.

Seven pillars for Oyo State

Concrete commitments across education, infrastructure, healthcare, commerce, energy, security, and agriculture.

  1. Pillar 1: Quality Education & Human Capacity Development

An Education Trust Fund with 30% of the state budget, a Technical College in every LGA, and free, quality schooling from primary to technical level, with a curriculum built for real skills.

  2. Pillar 2: Infrastructure & Urban Renewal

Even development across all five zones, real LGA autonomy, farm-to-market roads, affordable housing, and Ibadan flood control.

  3. Pillar 3: Healthcare & Environment

Rebuilt hospitals, an upgraded health centre in every ward, a State Health Insurance Scheme for all indigenes, and a greener Oyo.

  4. Pillar 4: Commerce, Industry & Tourism

Industrial estates in every zone, a real SME Support Fund, a Tourism Master Plan, and a Made-in-Oyo brand.

  5. Pillar 5: Energy, Power & Digital

A State Energy Transition Plan, solar mini-grids for rural communities, tech hubs, and e-Government that ends needless queues.

  6. Pillar 6: Security & Community Safety

A stronger, better-equipped Amotekun, digital command centres in all five zones, and a Forest Security Programme.

  7. Pillar 7: Agriculture & Food Security

Operation Feed Oyo, full agro value chains, input support in every LGA, and an Agricultural Credit Fund for farmers.

Oyo knows him. He knows Oyo.

Born into the renowned Keji family of Ibadan, descendants of a founding father of Ibadanland, Kunle Olatunji (KTJ) carries the heritage of this state in his blood and its future in his plans. He has run real enterprises, led in Nigeria's boardrooms, and served at the heart of Oyo State governance as Special Assistant to the late Governor Abiola Ajimobi.

His political ideology was forged by the legacies of Chief Obafemi Awolowo and Chief Bola Ige: people-centered governance, social justice, and collective responsibility. He calls it àjùmọ̀ṣe (collectivism): the conviction that Oyo State rises when we build it together. He is not asking for a turn. He is offering a plan, and the record to deliver it.

Oyo State is unique in many ways: our heritage and culture, our agricultural wealth, and the resilience of our people. We sit at the crossroads of opportunity, with the capacity to truly set the pace for a national rebirth. What has been missing is leadership that rises to meet our potential.
